Thursday 15 to Saturday 17 September 2022 (TBC)

All participants are required to attend the event expo to collect their race bibs prior to event day. The event expo will be held in Lower Town Hall (corner of George and Druitt Streets, Sydney), and open between 15 – 17 September 2022. (Location and dates are subject to change).

*Note – Merchandise sales and Expo Vendors will close at 4:00pm on Saturday 17 September. Race bib collection will remain open until 5:00pm. Please note times and location are subject to change.

What do I need to bring?

To pick up your race bib you must bring either a copy of your confirmation email received from Race Roster at the time of registration or a copy of the SMS reminder you will receive during event week to your nominated mobile number. Please note, SMS reminders will not be sent to participants under the age of 18.

Race bibs will be allocated to your confirmation number, therefore its important you have a copy of your confirmation email prior to attending the expo so volunteers can allocate a bib for you.

If you cannot locate your confirmation email or have not receive your SMS reminder, please contact our customer service team via email.

I can't attend the event expo to collect my bib, what do I do?

If you are unable to pick up your race bib from the event expo, you will be able to nominate someone else to collect this on your behalf. The nominated person will need to bring a copy of either your confirmation email or SMS reminder. No race bibs will be mailed out.

Team/Group race bib collection

If you are part of a team with 20 or more people, you will be able to arrange to collect your teams race bibs as a group. This will need to be done by contacting our customer service team prior to 26 August 2022 via email.

Please check with your team captain if they are arranging to collect all team member bibs before you attend the Expo.

Changing event during Event Registration week

Any changes after Friday, 9 September will need to be processed from the Information Desk at the ASICS Event Expo. No forms will be accepted by the office after 5pm Friday, 9 September.

To request a change before Friday, 9 September fill in the online Race Change Form.
