ASICS Event Expo & Event Kit Collection
Wednesday 13 to Saturday 16 September 2017
The ASICS Event Expo will be held in Lower Town Hall, corner of George and Druitt Streets, Sydney between the 13 - 16 September 2017. All participants are required to attend the ASICS Event Expo to collect their Event Kit. Your Event Kit contains your race bib, timing bib tag and baggage sticker.

To avoid congestion and long queues, we suggest that you attend the Expo outside peak operating hours which are during lunch and after work.
What to bring for Event Kit collection
To pick up your Event Kit you must bring a copy of your confirmation email sent to your nominated email address shortly after registering. Alternatively, you will also receive a SMS reminder during Event week if you had nominated a mobile number on your online registration form. If you haven't received your confirmation email or you do not receive a SMS reminder, please email.
Event Kits are organised via bib number, therefore volunteers will need this to locate your Event Kit instead of your full name. Your Event Kit includes your race number and timing bib tag.
Alternative collection of Event Kit
If you are unable to pick up your Event Kit during the Event Registration week you can nominate someone to collect it on your behalf. The nominated person will need to bring a copy of the confirmation email or SMS.
NO Event Kits will be mailed out, although alternative arrangements can be made for participants who live outside the Sydney metro area on a case by case basis. For more information please email the festival office.
Team/Group Event Kit collection
Are you part of a team or group collection? If so, before attending the Expo please check with your team captain that they have not arranged to collect your team's kits as a group. A team captain can choose to have the event kits collated for one collector if the team has more than 20 people. Please speak to the team captain directly regarding this.
Changing event during Event Registration week
To change your event after Friday 8 September 2017, please download and complete a change request form and bring it with you to the ASICS Event Expo. All changes will be processed from the Information Desk. Please note that all changes during this week must be done in person at the Expo. No forms will be accepted by the office after 5pm Friday 8 September. You will need to collect your event kit before going to the Information Desk.
There will be limited baggage transport at the Race Start.
We are encouraging all participants to utilise the baggage facility provided at the Asics Event Expo to drop off in advance, any race day bags that you will require post- race.
This early drop off facility will enable us to have your bags ready and waiting for you in the baggage area as soon as you have finished your race.
Please do not place in your bag valuables such as wallets, keys, phones etc. Belongings must be collected before 2:30pm on Sunday race day or they will be treated as lost property. The organisers take no responsibility for the contents of any bag, for theft or loss of property.
